Terravention

A New Service from Treecare (Arboricultural Specialists)

 
Terravention is the process of addressing soil compaction in the vicinity of trees.

Compacted soil inhibits the supply of oxygen, moisture and minerals to trees roots often causing crown weakening and dieback.

Terravention applies clean blasts of air of nitrogen gas to aerate the soil and allow oxygen and moisture to reach roots.

This is followed by a release of Bio nutrients and mycorrhizal fungi to feed and boost the roots.

An organic mulch completes the treatment and helps recreate a natural growing environment and thus help the tree to recover.

This is a pollution free, silent and effective method to
re-invigorate trees weakened by compacted soil.
