Individual tree safety report for tree
owners either Private or Public bodies or individuals, where the condition
of the tree and general on site safety is in question.
Report Composition
a) Ground level inspection of the tree detailing species type, age, size,
maintenance history and overall structural condition. Assessment of the
condition of the trees root area, trunk, fork union, branch structure,
canopy and foliage.
b) Identification of primary or secondary infections or diseases discovered
during inspections.
c) Compilation of information gathered in an easy to read report form
detailing
‘Observations’ from the inspection.
d) Provide details of ‘ Recommended Action’ to be undertaken
in relation to information gathered with regard to the trees overall condition
and aspects of safety.
e) Produce photographic evidence to back up and illustrate findings within
the report.
f) Supply a work specification for tendering purpose if required.
g) Make application to Local Authorities to carry out ‘Recommended
Action’, if required.
h) Deployment of decay detection devices to ascertain possible internal
decays to the root, trunk and upper stem areas, if required.
i) Carry out climbing inspection of the tree’s trunk, fork union,
branch structure and canopy, if required.
Costs:
i) £ 120.00 per hour plus VAT (minimum charge X 2 hours) per tree
to include items a) to g).
ii) Item h) Decay Detection: x1/2hr additional hour per tree.
iii) Item i) Climbing Inspection: x1 additional hour per tree.
