General Site and Property inspection, general description of property, a description of foundation make up, sub soil make up and any other related factors i.e. moisture content, plasticity index.
Inspection of tree cover and vegetation growing within the vicinity of the property, detailing: age, size, estimated potential growth, moisture demand, overall condition, past maintenance history and proximity to the property.

Details of observations and discussion of either :

i) Potential tree root influenced `risk’ to the property, or
ii) Influence of tree cover over existing structural problems
Suggested actions to undertake with regard to obviating or reducing risks’ or the continuation of tree-root influenced problems.

Options:

i) Quotation for Suggested Action

ii) Application to Local Authorities to implement ‘Suggested Action’.

Costs:

i) £120.00 per hour (+VAT) minimum charge X 2hrs = £240 +VAT.
This covers from 1 to 4 trees. Additional trees are charged at 1/4hr per tree.

Costs are based on sites located within 10 miles of office base (London W3).

ii) Sites located between 11 to 20 miles from office base, additional 1/2hr travel.

iii) Sites located between 21 to 40 miles from office base, additional 1hr travel.

iv) Sites located between 41 to 60 miles from office base, additional 1.5hr travel.

v) Sites located between 61 to 80 miles from office base, additional 2hrs travel.

Quotation for sites outside the above mileage on application.
