Tree Survey Inspections
An assessment of Tree Cover within Larger Properties,
Estates, Communal Gardens, Golf Courses, Cemeteries, Tree Collections
etc. ascertaining tree condition for on site safety, aesthetically enhancement
and the continuity of healthy Tree Cover. (These inspections, & subsequent
re-inspections, will ‘adequately discharge’ the Clients ‘duty
of care’ towards the health & safety of the general public under
the Occupiers Liability Act 1957 & 1984 and Health & Safety at
Work Act (Section 3) 1974.)
Surveys detail recommendations for maintenance
works required with regard to the urgency required to implement works
& the frequency works may need to be redressed. Tree Surveys can also
incorporate inspection and maintenance requirements for hedges and other
vegetation control.
The schedules of tree works recommended can be tailored to spread maintenance
works over a given period i.e. 5/7/9 years to allow funding to allotted
to specific areas of work.
Tree Surveys can incorporate the potential ‘risk’ of ‘indirect’
or ‘direct’ tree root activity influencing structural damage
problems to building. Giving recommendations for ongoing maintenance regimes
to off-set, or obviate’ possible tree root influenced problems arising,
or continuing.
Tree Surveys are ‘packaged’ in relation to the information
required and the degree of after service required.
