This 24m mature XL London Plane tree has been pollarded previously but not for many years. The regrowth is now at the point where the tree needs re-pollarding or the risk of snapouts will become unacceptably high.

The tree's trunk has expanded to the point it has knocked over the fence. Reduce all round 4-5m back to previous reduction points (re-pollard)
